I bought my 3Dio almost 2 years ago and used it with my PreSonus Audiobox without incident for 1 year. Put it back in its box when life got busy and did not stream using it for 1 year. I re-opened it tonight and put a new 9V in for good measure. Connected the 3Dio to the PreSonus as always and the PreSonus to the PC. While the PreSonus fires up showing power, the 3Dio is not registering any audio whatsoever. It's as though the entire microphone just died. Any insight here?

Is your microphone an FS or FS XLR? If an FS XLR, do you experience the issue with both the XLR and 3.5mm outputs?
What are the settings on the Audiobox you’re connecting to the 3Dio?
What type of cables are you using?
Are there any adapters in use?Feel free to post pictures or a video of your audio setup if that’s easier.
